A4Tech KR-85

An affordable full-sized wired keyboard of classic type with JIS layout, membrane switch mechanism, and high key travel. Connects via a built-in cable with a USB A connector (also has a variant for older PCs with a PS/2 connector). The cable length is 1.5 meters, which is standard for desktop solutions. The device includes 105 keys, including a standard numeric keypad, cursor control block, and function keys F1-F12.

Positioned as an entry-level product. The A4Tech KR-85 keyboard is suitable for equipping office workstations and standard clerical tasks where reliability and low maintenance cost are required. It can be used in computer classes in schools, colleges, and universities where equipment is subject to intensive use. Suitable for schoolchildren and students for writing essays, term papers, and preparing projects.

The membrane-type mechanism is less sensitive to crumbs or dust compared to mechanical ones, allowing the device to be used in warehouses or production facilities. The surface of the case, made of hard ABS plastic, has a matte texture that makes fingerprints and minor scratches less visible. Rounded edges of the keys reduce the chance of hitting adjacent buttons during fast typing. On the back of the case are two flip-out legs, allowing changing the keyboard tilt angle to 8°.
