The smallest and lightest ultrabooks in the 2020 Apple MacBook Pro family, featuring high-quality 13-inch Retina Display (2560x1600) screens with support for proprietary True Tone and Night Shift technologies. Positioned as premium products that combine the modest dimensions of a 16 mm thick aluminium case and the impressive performance of a full-fledged mobile station.
Due to its low weight (1.4 kg), it is suitable for frequent wear, trips, travel and business trips. Equipped with fast and economical 10th generation Intel Core i5/i7 4-core processors (Ice Lake core, 10nm) with a quiet and efficient cooling system. Equipped with an improved Intel Iris Plus graphics core for basic 3D performance and hardware decoding of FullHD/4K/8K video content. Base RAM is either 16GB or 32GB, and ultra-fast storage based on high-speed NVMe SSD (512GB to 4TB) ensures that MacOS and apps load instantly. The enhanced Magic Keyboard features backlighting and a Touch Bar.

An absolutely excellent device. I got the 10th generation i5, 4 Thunderbolts, 16GB RAM, and a 512GB SSD - a great thing. Got it for working online and in spreadsheets, and it handles tasks excellently. It's the first laptop that doesn't hurt my eyes at all, and I genuinely want to sit in front of it. The keyboard is excellent, and the touch bar lets me skip ads without AdBlocker (I just fast forward through the ads), making it perfect for watching movies and series too. I work with a connected 2K screen - I highly recommend getting familiar with which monitors are suitable before buying because it doesn't have UI scaling, so if you choose an unsuitable monitor, say, with 2K resolution - the UI will be very small. You get used to it, but it's not for everyone. (It became more convenient for me, I see more data :) ). As for multimedia - it has the best sound of all the laptops I've heard. The touch bar allows you to adjust volume settings, mute the sound - in fact, you can customize it to your liking. The Touch ID button is not only for unlocking screens but also allows you to pay via Apple Pay with just a finger press. For a long time, I've used both gaming PCs and laptops from the same price segment, and the difference is noticeable. But you should forget about gaming. Yes, you can play something like World of Tanks [censored], but forget about serious games. Light, compact, robust, and genuinely beautiful laptop. Excellent "old" new keyboard and an amazing IPS display, your eyes won't get tired at all. The touchpad allows you to forget about the mouse because it offers many more available combinations. It's very unusual for me to use an old Windows laptop after this, because the Mac's touchpad is on another level, and this is very noticeable during routine tasks. The battery holds up well, with a good and quiet cooling system. The most convenient computer for working outside the office and at home - wherever you work, you only need the laptop: no mice, gadgets, or attachments needed, and you can forget about charging for about 6 hours. The Apple ecosystem of gadgets is impressive. There are no actual disadvantages, but when purchasing, you need to buy an adapter. |
