For me, the materials the laptop is made from were very important when making my choice, so I'll briefly describe them here. The lid is made of metal, while the top case and bottom cover are made of plastic. The plastic is strong. Stylish design. The appearance of a high-quality, expensive, even prestigious product. Linux Mint works flawlessly. Hardware support is at a high level - on 22.1 everything works "out of the box" - sound card, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and touchpad. Good build quality. All parts fit well together. Nothing creaks or feels loose. Availability of USB Power Delivery (100 W). Stylish and at the same time creative indicators for charging, device operation, drive usage, and airplane mode. Rich set of function keys: you can disable the microphone and touchpad, put the laptop to sleep (even works on Linux Mint). Well-executed UEFI. Can be updated independently from the operating system, unlike many Acer implementations. Average number of settings: you can disable input/output devices such as sound card, webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.; Adequate number of USB ports: two Type A and two Type C. 16 GB on a single stick! What a surprise from ASUS! Strange sleep mode on Linux Mint. Every 3 seconds, the keyboard backlight turns on with a "storm" animation. I think this will negatively affect battery life. The top case collects fingerprints. I would call the sensitivity moderate - it's not too smudgy, but over time, the "fingerprints" become visible.
