The card is made using a 5nm process technology and operates in a frequency range up to 2550 MHz. GPU support is immediately provided by 12 GB of GDDR6X memory with an operating frequency of 21000 MHz and a 192-bit data exchange bus.

There are advanced ray tracing and third and fourth generation tensor cores that are responsible for hardware ray tracing and intelligent DLSS scaling. DLSS 3.0 uses a new data type (optical flow field), which improves the efficiency of drawing algorithms and the quality of the output material. This technology is only available on the latest NVIDIA graphics cards, previous generations do not support it.
