The projector is equipped with a DLP matrix and supports the Full HD format. However, 4K content is also correctly processed, despite the lower resolution. The refresh rate reaches 120 Hz, which contributes to smooth video playback, especially when connected to consoles such as PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. Among other gaming features, it is worth noting the presence of a profile game mode, two HDMI ports and the ability to project an image with a diagonal of up to 200 inches at a projection distance of 5.7 m.
Convenient setup and administration
The projection distance is only 1.15 meters to get a 40-inch image. Easy setup is provided by the auto keystone function and optical zoom with 1.2x magnification, while focusing is done manually. For increased ease of use, the projector is Crestron Connected certified, supports proprietary software and allows you to connect to the Internet via LAN (RJ-45), which allows you to remotely monitor the device, set a work schedule, receive notifications and track the lamp resource.
The downside of the model is the lack of HDR support and a relatively low static contrast ratio (800:1), although this is typical for many projectors. Nevertheless, the Asus H1 is a good solution for gamers, especially for owners of gaming PCs with video cards that do not support the 4K format.
