An elite-level chassis that many Western reviewers have dubbed Asus' best work in computer chassis design. The case belongs to the highest price category and is designed exclusively for demanding gamers, cybersportsmen and streamers, for whom both the appearance of the case and its technical capabilities are critical. The model belongs to the Full Tower form factor, supports the installation of any motherboards (E-ATX, ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX) and, thanks to the semi-modular design, is able to accommodate any components, including record-breaking fast and damn long video cards.

For the needs of the user, 8 expansion slots, 7 pockets for drives and a large space for a video card, which can be placed vertically if necessary, are allocated inside the chassis. The options for installing cooling systems include 3 zones for installing a liquid cooling system (approx: max size 420 mm) and 7 fan connectors. Four of the slots are already occupied by stock 140mm turntables that provide powerful airflow inside the case.

The weight of the case is an impressive 17.8 kg, and the total weight of the system can reach 50 kg. It is for this maximum weight that the carrying straps that come with the case are designed. You should not be surprised at such figures, since the body is made of very dense steel and aluminium, and both side walls are made of tempered glass 4 mm thick. The list of other features of the Asus ROG Strix Helios GX601 includes separate buttons for controlling fans and lighting, convenient side panel mounts, replaceable dust filters, and a stylish front panel with lots of LEDs with Asus Aura Sync support.
