ROG-STRIX-1200P

An advanced power supply from the 2024 ROG Strix enthusiast line, in which Asus engineers have implemented all the brand's advanced developments in the field of PC power supply. The model is positioned by the manufacturer as an advanced solution for enthusiasts and wealthy gamers willing to overpay for advanced hardware with a high power reserve and increased reliability. In particular, the series includes models with an increased power reserve (850, 1000 and 1200 W), and the manufacturer declares support for all necessary protection schemes (OVP, OPP, SCP, OTP, OCP, UVP, NLO and SIP).

An additional trump card in the model's hand is a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise, this is a typical ROG 80+ Platinum PSU with advanced industrial-grade circuitry, high-quality Japanese capacitors, support for the ATX 3.1 power supply standard, a wide range of input voltages, and the ability to connect video cards with a PCI-E 5.0 interface. Large ROG heatsinks cover critical components, providing lower temperatures and noise compared to other Platinum-level power supplies.

The built-in GPU-FIRST voltage detection system with an intelligent voltage stabilizer can, if necessary, increase the voltage supply to the video card by almost one and a half times. The modular cable connection system allows you to connect only the necessary components, maintaining order inside the case. A low-profile 120 mm fan with a rolling bearing is responsible for cooling the unit's components. Thanks to the support of 0dB technology, under low and moderate loads, the fan switches to a completely silent semi-passive mode. Unlike other ROG Strix PSUs (particularly the recent ROG Loki), there is no built-in lighting or OLED screen.
