Fast IPS Matrix
The monitor features a Fast IPS panel with Full HD resolution — 1920x1080 pixels. Quick response is achieved through a combination of Asus Extreme Low Motion Blur technology (from 1 ms with gray-to-gray pixel switching) and AMD FreeSync, which provides adaptive frame rate synchronization between the video signal source and the screen. The screen refresh rate is 180 Hz. The only downside is the relatively low peak brightness — about 250 nits.
Good Color Reproduction and Gaming Tools
The screen demonstrates high-quality color reproduction with 100% sRGB gamut coverage. It is TÜV Low Blue Light certified, reducing eye strain by ensuring a safe level of blue light emission. Among the gaming features are crosshair overlay in the center of the screen, timer and fps counter display, and the Shadow Boost function to brighten dark game scenes. There are 7 GameVisual presets for different gaming genres.
Versatile Nature
The monitor connects to the signal source via two HDMI v 2.0 ports or DisplayPort v 1.2. The model is equipped with 2 x 2W stereo speakers. Although the stand is non-adjustable, it features an original circular shape. The monitor is suitable not only for gaming but also for everyday tasks: work, study, or watching multimedia content.
