A relatively compact gaming monitor with a 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel and a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. It features a refresh rate of up to 200 Hz with a standard response time measured at 1 ms. The Asus TUF Gaming VG259QL5A supports Extreme Low Motion Blur, AMD FreeSync Premium, and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible technologies. For connecting the monitor, there are DisplayPort v 1.4 and two HDMI v 2.0 interfaces. The model is equipped with 2 x 2 W speakers, an adjustable stand with height, tilt, and swivel settings. In games, specialized GamePlus tools and the Shadow Boost function, which brightens overly dark scenes, will be handy for the user.

At the back of the monitor, there are mount holes for VESA wall mounts in the common size of 100x100 mm. The 200 Hz refresh rate and the exceptional 0.3 ms response time in overdrive mode provide an incredibly smooth gaming experience. The support of both AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync ensures synchronization with most systems. It also covers 99% of the sRGB spectrum, delivering vibrant and accurate colors.
