A miniature micro-ATX motherboard designed for assembling a PC based on the AMD Ryzen platform and the AM5 processor socket. It is equipped with an entry-level AMD A620 chipset and a fairly productive 11-phase power subsystem for its price. The main purpose of this board is office PCs for working with texts, tables and web applications. However, its capabilities allow it to be used in entry-level gaming assemblies, since the converter's power is sufficient to power Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7 processors.
Biostar A620MP-E PRO has 2 DIMM slots for DDR5 RAM with a maximum frequency of up to 6000 MHz, supporting up to 192 GB of RAM (4x48 GB with XMP and EXPO support). For data storage, there are 4 SATA3 connectors and one M.2 port for installing a compact SSD drive with PCI-E 4.0 support. In the latter case, the user can not limit himself in any way, installing an ultra-modern M.2 SSD drive with a maximum speed of up to 7000 MB/s, giving the system a significant acceleration in terms of work or games.
Thrifty gamers should also be pleased with the built-in Realtek RTL8125B network controller, which, unlike most entry-level competitors, supports a connection with a bandwidth of not 1, but 2.5 Gbps. In addition, the board is equipped with a modern HDMI output version 2.1 and for connecting a monitor to the video card built into the processor, as well as an eight-channel (7.1) sound system from Realtek.
