Powerful and high-performance stationary cut-off saw with a laser marker for large volumes of work. It is positioned as a product of the upper price category, focused on professional use. Designed for fast and accurate cutting of conventional structural, alloyed and corrosion-resistant steels, any non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Easily handles simple and complex metal profiles.
Provides cutting at an angle up to 45°. Equipped with a powerful commutator motor (2000 W) that provides impressive torque and spins the saw blade up to 1500 rpm. The soft start system, which limits the starting current, completely eliminates unpleasant jerks. The stationary cutting saw blade Bosch GCD 12 JL Professional 0601B28000 is designed for operation with 12-inch saw blades (diameter 305 mm, hole 25.4 mm). It is completed with the proprietary Expert for steel disc (thickness 2.6 mm, 60 teeth), which guarantees accurate results and a minimum of finishing operations due to the almost complete absence of tarnishing and burrs. Does not spark during operation. The solid base plate made of heavy-duty die-cast aluminium ensures perfect stability of the tool on the table.

If you have a workshop separate from the residential house and abrasive dust doesn't cause concern, then it's cheaper to buy an abrasive saw. The most important advantage for me is that there is no abrasive dust during cutting. There is also no burr or overheating of the metal during cutting. The cuts are very precise, it's easier to align the tooth edge with the mark than with a semi-circular abrasive disc on other models. Cuts quickly. The disc in the kit started sparking after about 200 cuts, became dull, and stopped cutting metal. It began to melt the metal. Even though it was only cutting a 20*40 square tube.
