Double Impact Stapler
Bosch PTK 14 EDT can drive type 53 staples (6 to 14 mm high) and type 48 nails (this marking is used by Bosch, and other manufacturers designate these fasteners with the letter J). A feature of this model is the presence of a double strike function, which allows you to score two brackets at once at the same time. With this function, it is much more convenient to attach thin and easily torn materials, such as films or paper. Another interesting and useful "chip" is the ability to change the impact force, which is regulated by a rotary wheel. With the regulator set to maximum, the stapler easily drives steel staples into hard materials, such as dense woods, as well as furniture boards impregnated with epoxy resins.
Fast work, minimum pauses for "refueling"
The Bosch stapler is very easy to use. It has an ergonomic handle with a non-slip rubber grip. The start button is wide, designed for two fingers. Despite the contact type of operation (you must first firmly press the spout, and only then press the button), this device has good performance. Having got the hang of it, you can do up to 30 beats per minute.
Store roomy, it fits up to 100 staples. A window has been made near the spout, which serves as an indicator (through it you can clearly see how full the store is). A risk is applied on the nose, showing where the nail or staple leg will be hammered. The power cable is connected to the body through a flexible sleeve, thanks to which the wire does not bend and lasts a long time.
Don't skimp on parentheses
Bosch PTK 14 EDT is considered a very good stapler: reliable, convenient and trouble-free, like a Kalashnikov assault rifle. But, in addition to many advantages, it also has a couple of disadvantages. The first of these is the price (this device costs two to three times more than the average network stapler). The second drawback is sensitivity to the quality of consumables. The tool does not work well with staples from other manufacturers (they can “chew” in the trigger channel). Therefore, only original staples and nails should be bought for Bosch staplers, and they are far from the cheapest.
