Despite the difference in appearance from the original G1X, the similarity of names in this case is more than justified: the Mark II is similar in characteristics and is also a high-end compact camera, the capabilities of which are comparable to a "mirrorless" (with the exception of a fixed lens). The new model lost the optical viewfinder and received a slightly more modest sensor in terms of resolution — 13 MP with the same format of 18.7x14 mm; on the other hand, she got an improved processor, a touch screen, a more advanced lens, as well as a Wi-Fi module. Specifically, from the shooting capabilities, it is worth noting support for RAW, a series of 5.2 fps and autofocus for 31 points.
