Powerful tower-type CPU cooler with a two-section design, a U-shaped heat pipe layout and a powerful 120 mm fan based on a durable fluid dynamic bearing. It is distinguished by the use of six copper heat pipes of a standard diameter, securely soldered into the base of the nickel-plated copper base and an impressive area of a two-section aluminium plate radiator (9690 cm²), which quickly dissipates heat.

It is positioned as a product of the middle price category in 2022, designed to cool AMD and Intel Mainstream/Performance class processors, including top models. Thanks to high-quality materials and good assembly, the Deepcool AK620 WH CPU cooler can remove up to 260 W of heat, which makes it possible to recommend it for overclocking experiments and the operation of overclocked CPUs (without an extreme increase in supply voltage).

The manufacturer guarantees full compatibility with motherboards equipped with AMD AM4, AM3(+), AM2(+), FM2, FM1 and Intel LGA2066, 2011(v3), 115X, 1200 and 1700 processor sockets. Miraculous model!

I took this cooling system for a new build based on an AMD Ryzen R5 7600X + MSI B650 Tomahawk + G.Skill TridentZ 5 Neo 32 GB (16x2). I hesitated for a long time because I had doubts about compatibility with the chosen RAM - now I can confidently say that there's enough space for the RAM to install the aforementioned modules without even raising the fan. As for the cooling itself, it easily handles the new CPU. And if you tweak the temperature limit in the BIOS a bit, you can achieve CPU temperatures around 75-80 degrees. Personally, I'm satisfied with the purchase and want to express my gratitude to the store ENKO for the quality product, fast delivery, and the specialist's advice, who recommended this cooling to me.

Complete set, 260 tdp, sum with more RAM

Although a height of 160 mm is stated, the side glass on the case sticks out a bit. In my opinion, this is because the cooler, under its considerable weight, has either sagged or deformed slightly, as this can be seen even with the naked eye. I made this conclusion based on the fact that it is the upper part of the cover that touches the side glass of the case, while the lower part does not.

Excellent aesthetic cooler. For processors with a maximum emission of 240 watts.

For beautiful home builds, without fanaticism and without RGBt.

It runs on one fan in the middle, with the second removed. It cools the i9 12900k with a PL limit of 220-230 W. In a cool Torrent case. A maximum of 95 degrees in short peaks during the OCCT stress test, averages 55 degrees while gaming.

There is a quiet soft hum at maximum RPM. The hum is transmitted from the blade flow to the radiator, which resonates since it lacks a second fan.
At PL 240 W, one fan cannot cope and hits 100°C.

Looks nice. The radiator is good, and it seems to handle the declared TDP. However, the fans installed there are completely terrible. They hum, buzz, resonate, and this is a common issue. Deepcool tech support commented: " apparently this is a design flaw and not a manufacturing defect," so they messed up the design and that's how it is now.

As a radiator, it's good. If you use fans from another manufacturer, it would be an excellent option.
