Class 2.0 two-way speaker system with a class D "digital" amplifier and switching power supply. The kit is made according to the classic patterns of computer speakers of past years with an emphasis on sound, ease of connection and a minimum of additional functions. Each speaker is equipped with a low-frequency driver, a high-frequency tweeter and a "digital" class D amplifier, which are capable of sounding the frequency range from 65 to 20,000 Hz. In total, the system delivers 42 watts of power (21 watts per channel). The cabinet of the Edifier R1100 is made from selected MDF boards, which minimize the spurious overtones inherent in budget plastic speakers. Removable decorative covers are placed on the front of each speaker to protect the speakers from physical damage. Thanks to the bass-r...eflex output on the front panel, the Edifier R1100 speakers can be installed close to the wall without worrying about the sound distortion associated with an excess of bass. Good choice!

"Good" and beautiful speakers. Everything looks quite high-quality. No humming or hissing. The sound is also good, you could nitpick but... perhaps for this price, it's the perfect option.
Appearance, build quality. Good sound.
After a year of use, there were strange noises.

They sound good for such dimensions.

A great budget model. Up to half volume, they sound great and clear. If you go over half, there's not enough bass. They are sufficient for a room of 20-30 square meters. I've been using them for 7 years. The sound quality is satisfactory.
