A high-quality sounding desktop two-way stereo speaker system of medium power with a digital class D amplifier, a built-in Bluetooth controller, two analog inputs, with which you can implement two simultaneous analog connections, a pair of microphone inputs (Jack 6.3mm connector) and a convenient remote control. It is positioned as a mid-price product, aimed at demanding users who prefer good multifunctional acoustics from trusted brands.
The Edifier R1580MB speaker system can be used with personal computers, laptops, game consoles, smartphones and tablets, CD / DVD players, SMART TVs, etc. Thanks to the Bluetooth module, it can be easily connected to a huge range of modern gadgets. The set includes an active speaker with two analog inputs (4xRCA) and a passive speaker connected with a complete cable. Microphone inputs can be used for presentations.
Each speaker is equipped with a 4" wide-range speaker and a 0.5" high-frequency tweeter for sound output. The tone control on the rear panel of the active speaker allows you to adjust low frequencies from -6 to +6 dB. The total nominal power of the system reaches 42 W (2x24 W). The speaker housings are equipped with phase inverters and are made of dense MDF, which gives the sound sufficient depth and eliminates acoustic resonance.

I use the speakers as the main ones for the computer. One speaker is passive, it is connected to the active one using the terminals and cable included. The cable is very long, the length is enough even to place the speakers in different corners of the room. The kit also included cables 2RCA to 3.5 jack and 2RCA to 2RCA. Connected to my sound card via minijack. The bass is adjustable with a knob on the rear panel, set once and forget it. But the rest of the controls on the active speaker on the side, very convenient. There are 2 microphone inputs, you can connect microphones and arrange karaoke. By sound. Despite the fact that the system is 2.0 and without an active subwoofer, the sound is bulky, they play very cheerfully, there are plenty of bottoms. The sound is generally clear, nothing wheezes. High frequencies in some cases have to be added in the sound card equalizer, but it depends on the musical style. But in general, I am satisfied with the quality, the sound is really excellent and I can safely recommend these speakers to music lovers. Moreover, both rock and quiet calm classics sound great. In games, they also behave quite decently, but I prefer to play with headphones.
