The A4 inkjet multifunctional device in 2021 replenished the Epson lineup. The model can be classified as an advanced home office solution with the ability to print photos (maximum grammage 256 g/m²). The characteristic features of the device include the built-in CISS, that is, instead of cartridges, ink tanks are used here that support refilling. As a result, significant savings on consumables are achieved, and without ink replenishment, it will be possible to obtain about 7,500 black-and-white and 6,000 colour prints.

The Epson L6550 MFP performs the functions of 2-sided printing (with a maximum resolution of 4800x2400 dpi), copying and scanning, as well as sending and receiving fax messages. The model is equipped with a 50-sheet automatic original feed system, which is designed to simplify the digitization of multi-page documents. The first printout is in just 5.5 seconds, and the average print speed can reach 32 ppm in monochrome and 22 ppm in colour. Among other features, it is worth highlighting the presence of a 4.3-inch touch screen, the presence of not only a LAN port, but also a Wi-Fi module with the ability to print directly from smartphones (Wi-Fi Direct and AirPrint technologies).
