The Fractal Design Define 7 Compact case comes with two Dynamic X2 GP fans — a 140mm fan at the front and a 120mm fan at the back, optimized for a balance between performance and low noise levels. Seven mounting positions allow for customized cooling solutions to meet specific needs, including support for 140mm models at the front and top. Despite the focus on silence, liquid cooling systems are supported in four positions — radiators up to 360mm at the front, 240mm at the top, and 120mm at the back and bottom.

The internal space accommodates graphics cards up to 360mm in length and CPU coolers up to 169mm in height. The modular storage system with a removable hard drive cage allows for optimized internal space — two bays for 3.5" drives and two for 2.5" drives. The dual dust filter system on the top and bottom is easily removable for cleaning. A well-designed cable management system and a special window for CPU cooler installation ensure tidy assembly. Rubberized feet reduce the transmission of vibrations to the surface.
