The line of 15.6-inch laptops produced by HP combines portable PCs for everyday use, work and study. The family offers a wide selection of configurations, which include both budget laptops (for example, they are distinguished by a screen resolution of 1366x768 pixels and modest Intel Processor engines) and models in the mid-price category. The latter can offer users more acceptable picture detail (1920 by 1080 pixels) and quite powerful processors, up to the 10-core Core i7 Raptor Lake platform (13th Gen).
HP 15-fd0000 laptops include an integrated Iris Xe or UHD Graphics graphics card, have at least 8 GB of RAM on board (maximum 16 GB) and are equipped with M.2 SSD solid-state drives (their capacity can vary from a modest 128 GB to 1 TB ). All members of the family are housed in a 19 mm thick plastic case with a relatively low weight (1.59 kg). The advantages of the models include a very capacious 41 Wh battery, which should provide more than 9.5 hours of battery life.
Fast charging is also claimed here: with the included 45 W power supply, charging up to 50% will take 45 minutes. Pleasant bonuses include a webcam with a shutter that provides additional user privacy, a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless module, and one USB C 3.2 gen1 port. Before purchasing, it is worth considering that laptops do not have a backlit keyboard, card reader, or Power Delivery function.
