The range of HP 15.6-inch laptops from 2023 can be classified as budget and mid-price solutions. These portable computers are primarily suitable for studying and everyday work tasks, including web browsing, interaction with office software, etc. All members of the family are equipped with a FullHD screen with fairly standard image parameters and a 60Hz refresh rate. They also feature a 3648mAh battery, which provides a good amount of autonomous work, up to 12 hours without recharging.

Rapid charging can replenish 50% of the battery capacity in 45 minutes. The HP 255 G10 laptops come with AMD Barcelo R (Zen 3) processors, which, depending on the modification, can range from a quad-core Ryzen 3 engine to an 8-core Ryzen 7. Other hardware highlights include no less than 8GB of RAM, an integrated Radeon graphics adapter (ranging from Radeon 610M to Vega 8), and an SSD M.2 solid-state drive with at least 256GB for data storage.

Additional advantages of the models include a high durability level of the chassis (compliant with the military standard MIL-STD-810) and a spill-resistant keyboard, enabling the device to withstand liquid spills without issues. The laptops' standard set of wired interfaces is complemented by a Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) module.
