The microphone capsule covers a frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with a cardioid pickup pattern for precise sound capture from the front.

Background noise from other directions is effectively filtered for clear audio recording. The microphone's design includes a built-in shock mount capsule to absorb vibrations from the keyboard, mouse, and desk. For quick muting, the microphone has a sensitive Tap-to-Mute zone on top. The model connects driver-free via USB-C → USB-A. Additionally, users have access to the proprietary HyperX NGENUITY app for fine-tuning recording parameters.
