An electret USB microphone with three 14 mm capsules and studio-quality recording at a resolution of up to 24 bit / 96 kHz. A distinctive feature of the model is the adjustable polar pattern - the user has four polar modes: stereo, unidirectional, bidirectional and omnidirectional. The specific selected directionality is displayed by sectors of the LED ring located at the top of the microphone.
Well, a tap on the "top" is supposed to quickly turn the sound off and on. HyperX QuadCast 2 covers the standard frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. You can adjust the sensitivity, microphone gain and volume level of connected wired headphones using the multifunctional control knob on the front panel of the microphone body. In addition, the model has acquired a proprietary red backlight system. Access to its settings is provided through the HyperX nGenuity application. The microphone has 3/5” and 5/8” threaded jacks and comes with a practical desktop stand and a shock-absorbing spider mount. The model is suitable for both computers and laptops, as well as for use with gaming consoles.

4 Polar Modes
The microphone is equipped with three 14mm electret capsules and offers four polar pattern options: stereo, cardioid, bidirectional, and omnidirectional. The selected mode is indicated by an LED ring on the top panel of the body: the front quarter corresponds to the cardioid mode, the front and back to the bidirectional mode, the full ring to the omnidirectional mode, and the side segments to the stereo mode.
Multifunctional Knob
The HyperX QuadCast 2 covers a frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and provides studio-quality recording with a resolution of up to 24-bit / 96 kHz. You can adjust the sensitivity, microphone gain, and volume level in wired headphones using the multifunctional knob located on the front panel. Additionally, the HyperX nGenuity app can be used for these tasks, where you can also activate and deactivate the high-pass filter.
Antishock Mount
The model features red backlighting, and the more advanced version, the HyperX QuadCast 2S, offers full-color RGB backlighting. The package includes a built-in pop filter and an anti-shock mount in the form of a shock-absorbing "spider" that reduces vibrational noise. In addition, there are threaded sockets of 3/8" and 5/8", allowing the microphone to be mounted on standard stands and boom arms.
