Model DKP181Z is supplied without accessories, model DKP181ZJ is supplied without battery and charger, but with a case, model DKP181RTJ includes two batteries (5 Ah), charger and case.
Professional cordless planer with a sole width of 82 mm and a planing depth of up to 3 mm. The tool is equipped with a brushless motor, which provides rotation of the knife at a speed of up to 12,000 rpm. The planing depth is adjusted using a rotary regulator with markings in 0.1 mm increments. In addition to leveling surfaces, the Makita DKP181RTJ planer can be used to select quarters up to 25 mm deep and form chamfers on the ends and edges of boards (the sole has three V-shaped grooves for these purposes).
Chip discharge pipes are on the left and right. The tool body has a niche for a Bluetooth module (may or may not be included in the delivery set, depending on the region), with which the planer is turned on and off synchronously with the Makita vacuum cleaner. The kit includes two Makita 18V LXT batteries, each with a capacity of 5 Ah, a charger, a parallel guide, a knife sharpening device and a roomy plastic MAKPAC case with an insert.
