Model DKP181Z is supplied without accessories, model DKP181ZJ is supplied without battery and charger, but with a case, model DKP181RTJ includes two batteries (5 Ah), charger and case.
A professional-grade cordless planer designed for planing wood to a depth of 3 mm and cutting quarters up to 25 mm. The tool is equipped with a brushless motor that provides a blade speed of up to 12,000 rpm. The planing width is 82 mm. The material removal depth is adjusted in 0.1 mm increments. The sole of the Makita DKP181Z planer has three V-shaped grooves for forming chamfers and a folding shoe that allows you to place the tool on the table until the knives come to a complete stop.
The chip ejection can be directed to the right or left. Using the Bluetooth module (may or may not be included, depending on the country), the planer can be turned on and off synchronously with the Makita vacuum cleaner. The device has dimensions of 366x156x166 mm and weighs 3 kg (excluding the weight of the battery). The battery and charger are not included. To power the tool, use Makita 18V LXT batteries with a capacity of 1.5 Ah to 6 Ah.
