A corded rotary hammer with a power of 800 W and an impact energy of 2.4 J. The cartridge can rotate at speeds up to 1200 rpm (rotation intensity is controlled by pressing the start button), and the impact frequency reaches 4600 beats/min. Using the selector, the user can select one of three operating modes: drilling, drilling (drilling with impact) and chiselling. The Makita HR2631FT perforator has a quick cartridge change mechanism.

One of them is designed for fixing nozzles of the SDS + standard, and the second one is quick-clamping (for drills with round shank). The tool is equipped with an automatic safety clutch that disengages the chuck and gearbox when the tool is jammed. Inside the case there is also an anti-vibration mechanism that absorbs some of the vibrations that occur during drilling or chiselling. The handle has a built-in LED to illuminate the working area. The rotary hammer comes with a plastic case, an additional handle and a depth gauge.
