It is positioned as a mid-range product for 2023, designed for demanding PC gaming enthusiasts and beginner esports players.
The MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2 monitor is built on a high-tech 10-bit IPS panel (8-bit+FRC) with a resolution of 2560x1440 and QLED backlighting, which actively employs advanced quantum dot technology. This panel ensures accurate color reproduction, quick response, and a refresh rate of up to 180 Hz, which significantly enhances the quality of fast motion display in any dynamic games, including multiplayer competitive shooters, sports simulators, and fighting games.
Its high maximum brightness (up to 400 cd/m²) and flawless color transmission enabled the monitor to pass the DisplayHDR 400 certification, confirming its ability to fully display HDR video at a cinematic quality level. Additionally, this model supports a KVM switch feature, allowing operation with two computers using a single monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The image output from the second computer/laptop is possible in PiP (picture-in-picture) mode.

I had to order twice because the first time the monitor arrived with a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen, but that's not an issue with the model itself, more of the IPS panel manufacturing technology. Overall, this monitor is awesome for its price, I'm completely satisfied with it. Resolution some 2k Refresh rate 180 hertz HDR support High brightness QLed matrix Unpleasant experience with wasted time and spoiled impressions after unpacking on the first turn-on No complaints about the monitor itself, everything is great |
For this price, it's a very good monitor, but with a significant "But". I really like the image quality, the workmanship is solid, the overall impression is good! Now about the "but": If you buy it, then only in person, and check it on site, there are dead pixels (I've seen a lot of comments about this), and there are several places of visible light. I bought it on Rosetka, remotely, as a gift for a child, ordered a service to check for dead pixels, asked a friend to look at it when buying, as if everything was fine. Then it was sent to another city, and when it came time to give it as a gift, they immediately saw a dead pixel to the right, about 4 cm from the center of the screen. It burns unpleasantly, and cuts into the field of vision... There are also backlight flashes... the "moment of gift" coincided with the deadline when it was already too late to return it to the store. The monitor is cool, but there is a residue. Would I buy it again if I had to? Yes, but I would look very carefully at all of the above when buying. Good image quality, solid workmanship, price. you need to be careful when buying and carefully, but only personally, examine the matrix for "defects" such as dead pixels and the level of illumination. |
Terrible build quality, lots of light leaks on the screen on a black background, broken pixels and crooked cheap plastic. I do not recommend buying, I will return it and buy another monitor. 180Hz, 2k Broken pixels, glare on a black background. Disgusting build quality |
