Nikon's first mirrorless (MILC) camera. Equipped with a relatively small matrix with a size of 13.2x8.8 mm and a resolution of 10.1 megapixels; its sensitivity is up to ISO 3200 in standard mode and up to ISO 6400 in extended mode. A Nikon 1 mount is used to mount the lens. The camera has 5 scene shooting programs, including and automatic, and the burst shooting speed reaches 10 fps. You can also record video in Full HD resolution. The 2.95" display has a good resolution of 921k pixels and is complemented by an electronic viewfinder.
