A mirrorless camera with an appearance in the spirit of film cameras, originally from the 80s of the last century. Her role model was the Nikon FM2 film SLR, which first came off the assembly lines of the Japanese photographic equipment manufacturer in 1982. The model inherited the characteristic round shape of the viewfinder eyepiece, the design of the control dials and the logo of the model of that time.

Inside the Nikon Z fc body there is a modern APS-C format matrix with a resolution of 20.9 MP. The Expeed 6 processor works in conjunction with it. The camera demonstrates a continuous photography rate of 11 fps, covers a photosensitivity range from 100 to 51200 ISO units, and records 4K video from the entire plane of the image sensor with a frame rate of 30 fps. The model uses a 209-point autofocus system with focusing on people's faces and eyes for photos and videos.

At the upper end of the mirrorless body there are control dials for ISO, shutter speed and exposure compensation. A notable highlight is a mini-screen for displaying the current aperture value. The camera's main display is mounted on a rotating hinge and boasts convenient touch controls. When you rotate the screen, the camera automatically enters self-portrait mode. One charge of the EN-EL25 battery is enough to take about 300 photos.
