Nokia C1-00 is the first Nokia phone with dual SIM support. At the same time, the device belongs to the low-cost class and is equipped with only a basic set of functions, thus being one of the simplest and most affordable solutions on the dualSIM market.
The phone is made in monoblock form factor, the material is plastic. The keyboard has a classic layout for Nokia — above the numeric keys there is a five-way joystick, two function buttons and answer and end call buttons. Numeric keys are quite large, each of them is highlighted in relief, it is quite convenient to use. Of the external connectors, a standard 3.5 mm output and a 2 mm charger input are provided, there is no USB port. There is a flashlight on the top end.
The phone's display is quite large for its class, with a resolution of 128x160 and a diagonal of 1.8'', colour.
The software part of the C1-00 is based on the classic Series 30 platform and does not stand out with anything special. There are built-in games and a standard set of applications such as an alarm clock, a calendar, and a to-do list. WAP-browser is not provided.
DualSIM capabilities are provided by the ability to switch between SIM-cards "with one click of a button". You cannot use both cards at the same time — that is, only one of them will always be “on the network”. Possible "hot" replacement of SIM-cards.
Of the full-fledged multimedia functions, the phone offers only an FM tuner. There is no MP3 player, but you can put an MP3 track on the ringer.
The C1-00 features extremely low power consumption. When working with a standard 1020 mAh battery, the phone, according to the manufacturer, is able to work without recharging up to 13 hours of talk time or up to 1152 hours (48 days) in standby mode.
The package includes a battery, charger, wired stereo headset and user manual.
