I previously had the Galaxy Buds Pro, and I also have the Knowledge Zenith ZAX in-ears, with stationary AudioTechnica M50X + DAC, so I have something to compare with. Now, as far as sound goes, you won't get anything fantastic: the headphones sound decent, but there's almost no volume, stage, or detail. Bass is mediocre. From the perspective of use as a headset - I highly recommend it. Compared to the predecessor, they've improved noise cancellation, transparency mode, and touch control. The app is convenient and functional. bought these over a year ago along with the S23 Ultra. The headphones are excellent. They sound great compared to my previous TWS ones, and the battery life lasts me a whole week. Plus, they're incredibly reliable. I forgot one earbud in a fleece jacket and washed it, then hung it out to dry. I used the headphones for 2 years. You can only configure them on an Android phone, why didn't they make an app for iPhone, I don't know. The Pro version of the second edition of the Samsung Galaxy Buds TWS headphones received a matte finish on the case instead of gloss and became 15% more compact than its predecessor. But these are by no means all qualitative changes in the design of the newly made model.
24-bit Hi-Fi audio
Each "ear" of the kit is equipped with 10mm drivers and 5.3mm tweeters with settings from the reputable audio brand AKG. As a result, the headphones support playback of 24-bit Hi-Fi audio via proprietary codec on compatible Samsung smartphones. The model uses Dolby Head Tracking technology to simulate surround cinematic sound. Headphones capture the user's voice with three microphones in each ear.
Active noise canceling
Active noise cancellation in the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro reduces ambient sounds by 33 dB. During telephone conversations, the Ambient Mode and Direct Voice functions come into play : the first provides a reduction in the level of ambient noise, the second effectively amplifies the speaker's voice. When the headphone wearer starts talking, the music is muted and ambient sounds are amplified.
Long autonomy
The headphones communicate with the smartphone via the Bluetooth 5.3 wireless protocol. As for autonomy, with noise reduction turned on, the model plays music for 5 hours, without it - for up to 8 hours. The wireless charging case allows you to extend the battery life of the headphones up to 29 hours(without using the noise canceling function). Finally, it is necessary to note the water protection of the IPX7 headphone case.
