The optical formula of the Samyang AF 35-150mm f / 2-2.8 FE consists of 21 elements in 18 groups, while as many as 12 elements in the scheme are special (they are introduced for the stability of optical characteristics throughout the zoom range). The Ultra Multi antireflective coating is designed to minimize flare and halos. At the short end, the lens automatically focuses from a distance of 33 cm, in the telephoto zoom position - from 85 cm. The model's body has a zoom lock button in the "35 mm" position, which eliminates the spontaneous extension of the lens "trunk" during transportation. But the "universal" weighs a lot - over 1.3 kg.
