The device is primarily focused on charging personal electronics: smartphones, cameras, and laptops. At the heart of the energy system is a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 172.8 Wh. The compact Sandberg Power Station AC 200 is equipped with an inverter with a rated power of 200 W, which allows low-power devices like lighting or fans to be powered through a single 230 V socket.

A significant advantage of the model is the presence of a high-speed USB-C port with Power Delivery 100 W support, allowing modern laptops to be charged directly and swiftly without using a bulky power adapter.
