I've been working with this camera for over 2 years. I have more than 30 years of experience in the film industry as an operator and director. Initially, I didn't like it. I even thought about selling it. But something held me back. I activated my brain, and my mood started to improve. I found opportunities to enhance my skills and, naturally, the quality of my shooting. It's important not to be lazy here but to work practically with the camera, with a pencil in hand: shoot with different settings, different lighting, different lenses (if available). Then compare your recorded materials and record or remember the best quality. There are plenty of areas to explore here. In other words, teach the camera to work with you as a team. Persistence and desire are key. And it will all work out! Now I have 9 different lenses, lots of adapters for almost all lenses. I mainly use old Soviet lenses. Fortunately, there's plenty of this stuff at reasonable prices at our radio market! These are Jupiter, Helios, etc. Yes, there's no autofocus (except when working with standard lenses), but I don't need it. I mostly shoot staged scenes. No need to rush for cheap imports. Later, if there's an opportunity (God willing), you can buy Zeiss. Some people mentioned it's difficult to shoot "camera above the head." It's very simple to solve: turn the camera screen down and shoot. Any editing software has a "Flip Vertically" function. Enjoy your editing. As for me - the camera is great.
