Open-ear TWS earbuds with over-ear hook by the brand Soundcore are a mid-priced solution released in 2025. This model is ideal for active sports and frequent outdoor use. The design allows listening to music, podcasts, audiobooks, or making voice calls, while staying aware of your surroundings — primarily for safety reasons (to hear a bicycle or e-scooter). The Soundcore AeroFit 2 is equipped with dynamic drivers that support a wide frequency range of 20 – 40000 Hz, and is Hi-Res Audio certified with LDAC codec support, indirectly confirming its high sound quality.
The built-in microphone features a cVc noise-cancellation system, and the model also claims support for simultaneous translation with 100 languages (using AI). Additional features of the model include a BassTurbo low-frequency enhancement function and Multipoint connection to multiple devices simultaneously, as well as excellent retention with minimal risk of falling out and an IP55 water-resistant casing.
Battery life is approximately 10 hours without the case and up to 42 hours with it. Wireless charging of the case is possible, along with fast charging via USB-C: a 10-minute cycle should provide up to 4 hours of music playback. The earbuds stand out with their superior sound quality certified by Hi-Res Audio, multipoint connectivity, exceptional retention during sports activities, and the convenience of a quick charge that provides several hours of use.
