Affordable 128 GB TLC SSD for M.2 port. Supports advanced NVMe 1.3 interface. Made in a standard 2280 form factor, compatible with all models of motherboards equipped with an M.2 port supporting PCI-E 3.0 x4. It is positioned as an affordable product of the basic price category, designed to be installed as a system disk in personal computers and laptops of various levels and purposes.
Can become an important component of low-cost workstations (for low-write usage scenarios). The Transcend SSD 110S TS128GMTE110S SSD is able to show a decent level of I/O performance (90/90K IOPS), good sequential read/write speed (1500/400 Mbps) and low random access latency. The basis of the hardware configuration of the device was the 4-channel Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller, which is a simplified bufferless version of the top-end SM2262 chipset. It supports the function of SLC caching of write operations, and the buffer size changes dynamically. Micron's high-quality 64-layer 256Gb TLC 3D NAND memory is used to store user data.

Relatively slow controller, and this allows it not to overheat (maximum 44-46 C in summer) does not overheat, but the radiator does not hurt relatively slow, if the revision is early, then after installation you need to update the controller firewood |
