The hardware basis of the Transcend 430S M.2 TS512GMTS430S drive was a combination of the Transcend TS6500 controller (Silicon Motion SM2246EN) with a 512 MB DDR3 cache and 3D TLC NAND multilayer flash memory. Supports high-speed caching of write operations to the SLC buffer and error correction using LDPC technology. Provides high sequential read/write speeds (560/500 Mbps) and low latency. The guaranteed recording resource claimed by the manufacturer is 280 TB, which is equivalent to recording 75 GB of data daily for 10 years.
