Normal phone. Speakers, sound quality in the headphones (I mean the quality, not the volume, which is less impressive in the Redmi series) generally have sufficient volume for most situations, but sometimes you might want a bit more. It often freezes during reboot or shutdown. I wish the battery were more durable. The whole (or almost the whole) world is crazy about big phones, and for me, this is already a big phone. The phone justifies its price 100%. Handles all popular games at medium settings, the camera is generally good but depending on what you are buying for, if it's for the camera then it's better not, but if it's for games then it will do. As for the sound, both highs and bass are well heard, I'm not an expert but I liked it.
