Balanced in price and sound, these wireless earbuds come in the well-known "in-ear" format. They connect via Bluetooth v5.3 with a stable connection range of up to 10 meters (assuming no obstacles between the receiving and transmitting devices). The sound of the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5 is powered by 12.4 mm drivers with a standard frequency range coverage from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Calls are handled by four microphones—two on each "ear." A distinguishing feature of this model is the support for ANC active noise cancellation technology.
There are three noise cancellation modes and three transparency modes available. The earbuds feature touch controls and can be found using the Xiaomi Earbuds app. As for battery life, up to 10 hours of usage without noise cancellation and up to 40 hours in total with the charging case. Additionally, just a 5-minute charge can provide 2 hours of music playback. The model is available in black, white, purple, and camouflage colors.
