Fully automatic charging XTAR X4 simplifies the charging process, independently selecting the optimal parameters for each battery. The model does not require manual settings, which makes it convenient for use in any conditions.

Wide compatibility

The XTAR X4 charger is designed to work with a wide range of cylindrical batteries, from small AAAA to large 26650. It supports Ni-Cd, Ni-Mh, Li-Ion and IMR batteries, but does not charge lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. Each slot has movable negative contacts for universal placement of batteries of different sizes.

Charging current

The XTAR X4 delivers up to 2 A of charging current for slots 1 and 4, and up to 1 A for slots 2 and 3. The convenient LCD screen displays information for only two slots at a time, and switching between them is done using a single mechanical button under the display. The model also supports trickle charging, which ensures careful replenishment of the charge with small currents.

Power bank function

The XTAR X4 can be used as a power bank when the battery is installed in the 4th slot. This slot provides an output voltage and current of 5 V / 1 A. The maximum charging speed of the device is achieved when connected to a 230 V outlet, although it can also be charged via microUSB, but with a current limit of 0.5 A. The power bank function is not the main one, but it adds versatility to the device.
