General Purpose Silicone is a mid modulus silicone sealant that adheres to most smooth and non-porous materials. Contains an anti-fungal compound to be mould resistant in areas of high humidity and fo more→rms a permanently flexible rubber seal.

This Galva Mate Sealant is a high-performance solvent-free adhesive and sealant specifically designed for sealing high velocity duct work in heating and ventilation systems. Grey in colour, it will ad more→here to galvanized and stainless-steel surfaces and has excellent slump resistance. The Galva Mate contains a high level of fungicide to prevent mould growth in areas of high humidity, while it remains flexible, and can be painted over when cured. Specifications Colour Grey. The Everbuild range of fire sealants are five hour rated, one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent acoustic sealants that gives a firm yet flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated struc more→tures. Tested following the principles of BS 476 part 20 (1987) as detailed in Warrington fire research report No. 144508/B (Feb 2005). The product, in suitably designed joints, will resist the passage of fire for up to 5-hours. The selected fillers used in this formulation also make it suitable for use as an acoustic sealant. When exposed to heat, it swells greater than 3 x its original size, so creating a char that will resist the passage of fire for up to 5 hours and no priming is required for …
