This pedal was inspired by the classic sounds of the Dumble Overdrive Special from the late 1980s and 1990s. The pedal has four controls for Gain, Dynamic, Tone and Volume and a Boost switch. To offer more headroom, the pedal can be operated with 9 volts as well as with 18 volts. Owners of the Dumble Blackface amp includes Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, Larry Carlton, Robben Ford and John Mayer.
