— programme for cooking french-fried dishes: crispy potatoes, mushrooms or battered meat, etc. These dishes can by definition be cooked in any deep fryer (see "Type"), however, in this case, it is a specialized automatic cooking programme that is meant. With such a programme, the user does not need to monitor the time and temperature: just load the products, select the mode, turn on the cooking and wait for the process to complete. And in multi-ovens and air grills, such cooking can be carried out with a minimum amount of oil or without it at all.
