Spline socket drives
Socket heads (Spline)
— end heads with a working surface in the form of a twelve-beam star. They differ from dodecahedrons (see the relevant paragraph) in that in Spline, the “rays” of the stars protruding outwards are not sharp, but rather flat. At the same time, these types of nozzles are similar. So, Spline allows you to rotate the tool, rearranging the head every 30 degrees, which is convenient for working in hard-to-reach places. Also, this nozzle is multifunctional, it is suitable for “native” fasteners, and for hexagons, and even for squares (however, in the last two cases, you should be careful, because the risk of breaking the edges increases).Show
