— specialized oven for cooking shawarma. The design of such an oven usually has a vertical skewer on which meat is strung; the heater also has a vertical layout and provides heating from one side. The spit rotates (manually or automatically) and the meat is cooked through the heat; as it is ready, the outer layer of meat is cut off, and new, underdone layers are substituted for heating.No offers found
