Cutter

— specialized device for chopping meat and preparing minced meat. The cutter differs from the meat grinder primarily in its design: it has a bowl with special knives installed inside, into which the meat is loaded. In addition, cutters are more performant and may have additional functions: a vacuum cleaner for removing air from minced meat, devices for automatically loading and unloading meat, dosing water, spices and brine, etc. Cutters are used, in particular, in sausage production.
