Steam convection oven

— convection oven (see the relevant paragraph), supplemented with the possibility of cooking with steam. To do this, the design provides for a special reservoir where you can fill in water; under the influence of the heat of the heater, the water will turn into steam, which processes the cooked product. Many of these devices support three cooking modes: "steam" at a temperature just above 100 °C, "dry" (classic baking with convection) and combined — baking at a low temperature using steam. This allows you to use various specific recipes that are not available with a conventional convection oven.
