P3 level

— the highest level of secrecy, where, along with cross-cutting, the stripe cutting is still allowed. The largest allowable dimensions of processed pieces are: for strips — 2 mm in width, for fragments — 320 mm² in area. It is possible to restore a document after such cutting only with special technical means, so here we can already talk about keeping the contents concealed.

For optical discs, the third level of secrecy involves cutting into fragments up to 160 mm², for credit cards — up to 320 mm².
