Flashes with power control
Power management
— when shooting, it is far from always necessary that the flash should work at full power: in some cases (for example, at short distances), this can lead to excessive illumination and spoil the image. Therefore, most modern flashes have the ability to reduce power, for optimal adjustment to shooting conditions. The power control function means that the photographer can change it manually, at will. Typically, levels are indicated by fractional numbers, and each next level is half the previous one: 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, etc.power control | clear | Save List |
