— as the name suggests, these mice receive the energy they need to operate wirelessly from special mouse pads—usually connected to a computer via a USB port. Their main advantage can be called the absence of batteries, which allows you not to worry about running out of charge at the most inopportune moment. On the other hand, in terms of application features, such models are much closer to classic wired mice than to full-fledged wireless ones: the mouse becomes useless outside the mouse pad, and the mouse pad itself requires a wired connection.
