In general, they are not inferior in quality to the famous Omron brand, but they are not so popular — largely due to stereotypes about Chinese products and the fact that “cheap cannot be good”. Nevertheless, these stereotypes can hardly be called justified, and Huano may well become a worthy alternative to more expensive and "famous" mikriks.
